Eating healthy + enjoying what you eat can sometimes be a struggle so in this video I show you what has worked for me. The meals and snacks I usually eat in a day to have a balanced diet and lose weight at the same time. I have learned that restricting myself is not the way to go and am learning to eat a little bit of everything but in moderation. I hope this video gives you ideas of healthy/delicious foods you an eat and that it also reminds you that you’re not alone in this journey and that we can do this! 💪🏽💕
