It's hard to find a content creator that uses all these amazing brands and only cooks with food that will heal, not harm! I get so excited when you share the products your using and what nutrients they are rich in as well as how they help your body. Love, love love your content Elizabeth. You are so inspiring! I hope your channel explodes, you deserve to continue to teach a larger audience and spread the word on using foods that aren't genetically modified, pesticide free and are not only better for us but for the environment as well!

I love these plant-based nutritious recipes and all of them looked amazing! I eat mostly plants, I do eat dairy but very little meat so am always on the lookout for plant heavy, clean, organic recipes. The beauty is that for the meat lovers in our homes we can simply add a little chicken, sausage, etc to their portions. Looking forward to trying all 5!

Where are you finding the grass fed and finished milk products? I can get completely organic raw goat milk but can’t find regular milk. I have to add lactase to it due to milk intolerance but love milk.

I can find 100% grass fed at most of my grocery stores actually! In the summertime my farmers market has raw milk. I’ve never gotten my hands on raw goat milk! That’s extra special.
@karenkollmer Жыл бұрын
I get it from a friend in Winchester, VA. Completely organic. Her mom freeze dries it and also get that for the dogs. I have never seen it her in VA. I do but Fairlife because of intolerance, tree nut and sesame allergies as well as Crohns.

I just wanted to ask a quick question. Regarding simmering all the vegetables for veg stock, does it not kill off all the nutrients? I always thought it all gets cooked out?
@healthyelizabeth Жыл бұрын
According to what I’ve learned about functional and holistic health, the nutrients go into the broth which is why you want to consume the broth. If for example, you boiled broccoli you wouldn’t want to eat the broccoli as much as you’d want to consume the broth! The water is holding the nutrients 💚
