Achaar ayurveda mein dawai ki tarah kaam karta hai. Adhura gyaan KZbin pe pelne se kya faida. Namak aur oil toh chicken mutton mein bhi hota hai. Achaar mein jo masale hote hain wo aushdhi ka kaam karte hain aur oil mein absorb hone se unki shakti kai guna increase ho jati hai. Achaar baut healthy hota hai. Limit mein khaya jata hai. Koi adha ek kilo achaar kha jaye toh bimaar padega hi. Har cheez limit mein. Biscuit namkeen bread fried snacks junk sab limit.

I consult with a cardiac doctor as per - Options 1 - either you eat salad, good healthy food and live for 90 years. Options 2 - eat whatever whatever you like and live for 70 years. I choose the 2nd option and leaving happy with type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol, High BP and so many other thing and still feel good. Nahin jina aisa jindagi jisme kou pickle ka maaja nahin ho. Saab khana hai aur jaldi marna hai 70 se pehele. jisko jina hai jilo mere ko kya farak padta hai. Kyun ki 20 saal jyada jine hai matlab pura family member ki what lagana hai.

भारत में तो जब ट्रेन से सफर कर रहे हो तो अचार परांठे बच्चों के स्कूल के टिफिन में जल्दबाजी में लंच बॉक्स में आचार पराठा इसके बिना तो काम ही नहीं चलता 😂
