Sir aap bahut achhe se samjate ho, aapki aawaj bhi bahut achhi he, मैने 12,000 रुपये पेट के liye खर्च कर डाले पर आराम नही huwa,lekin app ki वीडियो जब से देखना चालू की हुं, तब से मुझे बहुत आराम मिला,2 महीने से मैने docter के यहां जाना छोड़ दिया है, आपका बहुत बहुत धन्यवाद ❤❤❤

सर मुझे बहुत दिनो से पेट फूलने परेशान था, एसिडिटी भी होती थी।परेशान होकर डॉक्टर से भी दिखाया।but जब मैंने गुनगुना पानी पीना शुरू किया सुबह,और कम पेट खाना खाना शुरू किया तो एक ही दिन में मेरे पेट की सूजन कम हो गई और मैने जो दवाई डॉक्टर से li थी,उसमेसे एक भी गोली खाई नही।अब एकदम ठीक हो गया hu सर। और सबसे मैन बात मैं खाना खाने के 1 घंटे बाद पानी पीता hu।

Agar 4 roti ki bhookh hai toh 3 roti khayen 1 medium kheera, mooli, gazr ya kakdi(koi ek) kha lein, paani zrurt pdne pr ek do ghoont hi piyen, 45 min baad 1 ya 2 glass paani pee lein, sab theek rhega
