This is spot on!! I struggled with weight control for so many years. Binging then over exercising on repeat. Understanding that LOTS of fiber was the solution saved me mentally and physically. I have a t2 diabetic patient who got his act together. Suddenly lost 40 lbs and A1c is under control. I asked him how he did it. He said he now eats a lot of the right things whereas before he was only eating a little of the wrong things. Beautifully said.
