Dr Khalid Jamil was an Assistant Professor Urology at Sheikh Zayed Hospital and Kidney Transplant Center, Lahore. In 2003, he was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes and High Blood Pressure and was prescribed oral medications, exercise & diet control. In 2016, he was put on insulin due to increase in urea creatinine and retinopathy. The deteriorating health led Dr. Khalid on a quest to find answers. He started intensively studying Type 2 Diabetes, its’ prevention and cure. He consulted doctors but none were able to give answers to his questions. Then finally, he stumbled upon a KZbin video of Dr. Jason Fung, that video proved to be a life changing moment in Dr. Khalid’s life. Dr. Jason Fung is a Canadian nephrologist who claimed 100% cure and reversal of Diabetes via intermittent fasting and some lifestyle changes.
A doctor himself, Dr. Khalid extensively studied Jason Fung’s theories. Now, since 2018, he is on a ketogenic diet and doing intermittent fasting with walk and exercise. He is off the medicines now and his creatinine levels are also back to normal.
Dr. Khalid is no longer practicing Urology and has instead made it his mission to educate people on social media about what he has learned & practiced so that they are also able to cure 80-90% of all diseases caused by Insulin Resistance.
Dr. Khalid is starting weekly lectures on Facebook & KZbin on curing Kidney Problems,
Diabetes and Blood Pressure through Ketogenic Diet and intermittent fasting.

Aoa guys 1 month ago 11 dec 2022, i had my fasting plasma glucose test and result was 13.7 ( very high)… i was diagnosed recently. After 1 month approx i bring my sugar level to 6.5… 1 focused on 4 things ( i decided not to take medicine which was prescribed to me by Dr) i went on to remission program. I focused on 4 things 1. Intermittent fasting ( 15-16 hrs) 2. Daily exercise 3. Portion diet( i used to take roti/ puratta but smaller qty) focused on protein/ fat oriented diet. 4. No stress at all Trust me i feel so comfortable now a days that I can’t explain In short, mein na diabetes sa dosti kar li ha

I had HbA1C 8.9 in last August and fasting sugar was 170 ,and I began to watch Dr Sahib's Shows days and nights soon after the above reports. And today on Thu 27 July 2023 after almost one year my new fasting sugare is below 95, random average 103 to 115 and Alhamdolillah HbA1C is 4.9... I didn't take any medications. Just did what Dr Sahib has been advising us all in his great lectures everytime. I walked long distance around two hours daily morning and 1 hrs gym exercises in the evening regularly from last one year.... I have been eating almonds, walnuts, salads, pulses, olive oil, mustard oil, red meat, liver, desi dairy ghee, eggs. Totally stopped taking roti, rice, sugar, fizzy drinks, biryani etc. The above mentioned diets have been suggested by you Sir to us all in your tutelage.... I,swear by God, that it happened just because of Dr Khalid Jamil and I also thank him though words will never be enough to Express my gratitude towards him. If I could get Dr Sahib's WhatsApp no so I can send him my both reports of Chughtai Lab. Thanks again Dr Sahib!🙏🙏🙏🌷🌷🌷, Now I among going to take bajra pilao as per your latest 5 years research sooner...

Aslam Alekum Sir meri age 47 hy, mn 20 sal se sugar ki medicine le raha tha ... 1 week se ye diet plan follow kr raha hon .. Alhamdolillah meri sugar without medicine reverse hona start ho gai hy .. ab without medicine khane ke 1 hour baad random sugar 130 aur random insulin 28 aae hy. Allah pak ka lakh lakh karam hy ... 3 months wala test kar leya hai. 2 months phaly tu 9.5 te. Tu doctor matiullah shab ne medicine diye hai. Ab sugar level ziyada say ziyada 226 say agay nahe jata. Or kam se kam ,160,150,140 reta hai.

Why don’t you just observe a fast and after you’ve finished it just have a healthy diet of a portion of vegetables, meat and eggs alternatively with a small amount of fruit or dry fruit. Cut all useless drinks out and just take either water or lemon water. Within 3 days you’ll get used to the regimen and hopefully all harmful indicators will settle down.

You may take black coffee if you want to be active. Tea with milk isn't a healthy option

اللہ تعالی اپ کو صحت ایمان والی لمبی زندگی عطا فرمائے انڈا کھانے کے بعد بھوک لگتی ہے بہت زیادہ تو گوشت کتنا کھانا چاہیے سلاد کتنا کھانا چاہیے

I really appreciate your all lectures & recommend many friends who are diabetic patient if some one follow your lectures they dont need any doctors...i Alhamdullillah do not use now BP medicine last one year now my PB is normal coz of your lecture and adopted your advices like water fasting & diet plan i request all followers pls follow dr. Sb initial lecture which is also very informative.. jazakallah khair dr sb..you doing great job..best wishes..

In type 2 If 80% pancreas is damaged, then the keto diet will help? And no medicine is needed? May Allah help you in achieving your objective.

AoA, 1-Muje high blood pressure ha 2- clinically hypothyroid ha TSH is 7.15 T3 T4 is normal. 3- Triglyceride is high 2.51 4- Cholesterol 3.99 Also on anxiety medicine since 2001 I emailed you and you suggested Lec 186 Q 1 kya ma ye new diet plan for suger and blood pressure patients use kar sakti houn. Q2 1--EGGS nahi kha sakti houn Cholesterol ko avoid karne k lyee 2 Vitamin D 10000IU nahi use kar sakti. Dr ne advice ki ha only 2000IU daily. Eggs ka substitute bata daine Please apni advice daine . Ma Canada ma raahti houn. Please jawab zaroor daine.

Dr sb my hb1ac was 7.2 four years back I followed your advice three years back like 60 percent and hb1ac went down to 5.8 I got it checked on 14 Nov and now its 5.9

My age 72 years. good health. Not using any sugar medicine. Fasting 125-135. And random 140 to 160. Eating everything normally. Every day lunch with wheat rotti with moton sabzi, raat every rice WITH SALAM, Two time tea morning and evening. Avoiding all soft drinks and sugar. Walking morning ant 25 to 30 minutes. Weight abt 76 kg and height abt 5.4 inches. Pls. Advise am I normal or have to change my life style I.e. food etc. Thanks for your excellent lectures and advises. Waiting yr reply.

Question for Dr. Sahib: This diet plan is for BP and Sugar patients. Should healthy people also follow the same diet plan or there is different plan for them? Because in this plan there are some supplements/foods to lower the sugar etc. جزاک الله خیرا
