I am diabetic patient for the last 20 years I used oral medicines. I advice Do not use wheat n bakery items. Take Guava (amrood) or any fruit before breakfast Jao & Bajra roti. 1/2 roti with egg made in Desi ghee. 1 roti with red or white meat in lunch with salad. 1 roti with any sabzi salan soon after maghrib before isha salat. Eliminate all kind oils only Use Desi ghee Coconut oil and mustard oil well refined. Pray five times and live happy life. wuzoo before going bed sleep early n wake up in Fajr time. Thank you

In my experience , frequency of eating during the day is very important. I eat twice a day and walk about 4-5 km a day and the results are amazing. I reversed my diabetes completely and my doctor doesn’t treat me as diabetic patient anymore. My Hba1c dropped to 5.2 and blood pressure is 113/72. My hdl raised to 60 from 28 and triglycerides is 63 which was 170 before. About frequency of eating I would say that our liver release insulin every time we eat so if you eat 6 times your pancreas has to release insulin 6 times but for two meals you give your pancreas good rest because it releases insulin only two times. This way beta cells in pancreas can heal faster.

I learned a lot by watching Dr Najeeb’s videos a legend in medical world and outstanding medical teacher in whole world. I don’t have a medical degree but I do know how every organ of our body functions amazingly. I had two stents and doctors advised me to take blood thinners for the rest of life. Based on my knowledge I never took a single tablet and living Almamdulillah good life. I reduced my weight from 90 kg to 65 kg by following what I learned. My BMI is 24.5. Feel energetic. This get back to nature and nature will make you happy.

Main issue of type 2 diabetes is high and resistant insulin, if we continue eating 5 to 6 times / day it will continue keep our insulin level high and person will never reverse his diabetes and will be on more and more medications. So treatment is intermittent fasting, eating in the window of 8 to 10 hours , avoid refined carbohydrates but eat complex carbohydrates or high fiber diet , exercise, sunlight and control stress. This way you can reverse your diabetes and stop medications or lower down it , you can reverse all complications of diabetes too

ڈاکٹر صاحب - آج کل کی میڈیکل سائنس کہتی ھے کہ diabetes میں شوگر کو کم نہیں کرنا بلکہ fasting Insulin کو کم نہیں کرنا ھے کیونکہ شوگر مسائل Insulin resistance کی وجہ سے ھوتی - افسوس ھے کہ اج کل پاکستانی ڈاکٹرز کو اس کا ادراک نہیں ھے - اس میں ضروری ھے کہ خوراک میں carbohydrate کو بالکل کم کر دیا جائے اور کھانے میں سبزیاں گوشت اور مناسب کا استعمال کیا جاتا ھے - مناسب دو کھانے کھائے جائیں اور سولہ گھنٹے کا water fast کیا جائے -

How about intermittent fasting or even 36/72 hour water fast? Many doctors including Jason Fung and Dr. Robert Lustig suggest that for metabolic disorders. Similarly Keto diet is also getting popular and "Keto with Dr. Khalid Jamil" is doing a good job.

U right ,but low carb or keto is very beneficial for some but within 5years 50% patient they to come back on carbs(complex) otherwise they ll be deficit in nutrotion or body cannot handle it. Very few people keep it for long time u say 1% keep sugar in level even after 15years on keto or low carb. Anyway most doctors in ameruca ir eu they are funded by big farm industry.

In our experience, its not right information if you want to avoid medicines, two meal in a day are best, bar bar khana acha nai. Intermittent fasting best hy, carbohydrate Kam kr dein, diabetes sugar, maidy and carbohydrate roti, chawal ziada khany se hoti hy. Bakery, maida, sugar and daby Wali cheeze bilkul na khaen. Roti adhi kha lein, sath salad, fruit,boiled eggs, chicken kha k pait bhar lein.

However, keep in mind the manufacturer of this body is Allah SWT and Allah made this body so perfectly and accurately with built in doctors inside it called immune systems, it heals any disease itself provided you support it. And support it needs is feed it with organic material our ancestors were using 70 years ago and live more than 100 years life and enjoy it with all perspectives. You understand it. Knowledge is easy to him her that understands it.

That is what most doctors don't understand. They suggest eating small frequent meals which keeps their insulin high all the time. Insulin overload is the mother of all chronic diseases and unfortunately doctors don't test that. Fasting is the only way to switch on autophagy (body's natural cleansing system).

I still remember when I had gestational diabetes in my 1st pregnancy in the UK, the hospital midwife and nutritionists asked me what I was eating all day. When I mentioned cake rusk in breakfast they got furious. That was an eye opening moment for me. I learnt a lot because the nutritionists in the UK gave me so much information I did not know before. I stay away from bakery items since, fizzy drinks, white salt, white sugar, canned food etc. A big NO. I have these only one off now. And it has been nearly 13 years. I have no diabetes. I did not have diabetes in other pregnancies. I have 4 kids Maa Shaa Allah. Please use cane or brown sugar, pink Himalayan salt, avoid canned food and fizzy drinks and bakery items .Avoid fresh juices too. Have but little as in 1 glass of orange juice imagine how many oranges were used. I learnt all this from the nutritionists in the UK.

@Zainabidreesdar We eat a lot of wheat roti and rice too in our family including myself. Maida plain flour avoid kre maximum jitna ho. Wo thek nahi. I use basmati and sella rice both. Sometimes I cook sella rice and sometimes basmati. Sella is considered healthier option in rice. In UK we have very goot roti flour. I think this matters too. I have had elderly visitors on different occasions and they in particular mentioned," ye ata bohat acha hay..sahy ata hay ye wala" as they think they don't get this kind of ata backhome easily. One of our visitor owns crop fields in a village too so you can imagine she must have a lot of experience and knowledge.

اسلام علیکم: ڈاکٹر صاحب میرا مشورہ ھے کہ آپ ڈاکٹر خالد جمیل اور ڈاکٹر وسیم کی ویڈیوز دیکھیں پھر آپ اپنے آپ کو ذیادہ بہتر manage کر سکیں گے - میں تقریباً 25 سال سے شوگر میں مبتلا ھوں - چند سال پہلے مجھے ڈاکٹر نے Tagipment اور Insulin پر لگا دیا تھا - اس میں خاص طور پر شوگر کبھی low اور کبھی زیادہ high ھو جاتی تھی - پھر میں نے low carb خوراک شروع کی - تقریباً 1.5 سال سے کوئی میڈیسن نہیں لے رہا اور الحمدللہ HbA1C میرا 7 سے نیچے ھی رہتا ھے - اس عرصہ میں میرا تقریباً 7 کلو وزن کم ھوا - میری عمر 70 سال سے اوپر ھے - میں روزانہ تین کلو میٹر سے زیادہ واک کرتا ھوں - fitness level کافی بہتر ھے

Breakfast: one egg + one roti+ 1.5 tbspn olive oil, 1 tbspn ispaghol with water Lunch: 150g chicken or fish or red meat + 1 roti + 1 tbspn olive oil + any veg like bangan or bhindi or palak or haleem +1 carrot +1 cucumber. Dinner: 150g chicken +one roti+ half tbspn olive oil + 1 carrot + 1 cucumber+ 1.5 tbsp ispaghol with water Fruit: low glicemic like guava for vitamin C Before bed: one glass of milk Water intake: 2.5 to 3 liter Sweetener: stevia 6000 steps walk daily. Calories intake : Total 2000 calories Other strong health tips: 1) use soil utensil. 2) Use only coconut oil, olive oil or desi ghee. 3) Use purify water or boil water. 4) Use only stevia as natural substitute of sugar 5) Use natural like buffalo, Cow and etc and always make yogurt, butter other things made up of these milk 6) your tooth paste shouldn't be Sodium laurel sulphate 99 percent toothpaste are made up of SLS therefore use natural remedies or SLS free tooth past.
