Beans are legumes and you should eat them. Dairy products and potatoes are great also. True paleolithic man would eat them.

He's in great condition even now,but the cover photo is actually of him in his early twenties, he lost his hair early! No need to misrepresent, this creates a false impression and misleads people. Would have been way more impressive if you'd used an actual image of how he looks now which is pretty good for his age, but he does not look 20!
