I hope to see you enjoy more of BTS. I think your next lesson should be listening to their live Proof performance. Proof is their anthology album released about a month ago, and they performed three songs live in Las Vegas, with a live band, and Anderson Paak joined them on drums, for 'Yet To Come'. Make sure you turn on your Closed Captions and choose the English subs. Sometimes they default to Korean. BTS are all about their lyricism and performance. *I'm a 56 year old BTS Fan (ARMY) since 2020.* BTS has added meaning to my life, and I have seen them in concert twice now, both sold out 4 day stadium concerts, first in Los Angeles at SoFi Stadium (Dec 2, 2021), and second in Las Vegas, at Allegiant stadium (April 15-16, 2022). Best concerts I've ever been to, and I've been to many over my years, such as Journey, Van Halen, Phil Collins, Queen, Evanescence, Aerosmith, etc. They are the best performers I have ever experienced live. I will leave the link for the Proof performance. I don't think 'Aggressively Sweet' has seen it either. This was released for their 9 year anniversary (June 13, 2022) FESTA celebration, for their fans, and you should listen to their discussion in the middle of the performance also. J-Hope, who's the one of the rappers and the lead dancer of BTS, will be headlining at LOLLAPALOOZA. He's actually closing the show on July 31st! He is the 1st among the 7 of them to launch a solo album called Jack in the Box (although they have each done some solo work). They are all talented as a band and as individuals! They are very unique!

it´s funny to see how passionate you are about bts because when i try to explain BTS to others i do the same you do. i am all hype and it's hard for me to pinpoint one specific thing about them that makes them unique and not all other kpop groups. from people outside the fandom who dont know bts think we are just crazy fans but it´s actually overwhelming to even talk about and we want to say it all so they get the full picture but it´s impossible. bts is one artist that HAS to be discovered over some time to get what makes them special. with MJ just just need to hear one song or two to think it´s amazing but bts become more amazing the more you dig. it´s like uncovering a diamond

I'm from Chicago as well! Still here. Glad to see you vibing out to our boys. It only took (literally) 5 seconds of one of their songs to get me intrigued. A snippet of "Dynamite" from a Samsung commercial and I was in. After that, I Googled "Dynamite", found out it was BTS and started watching their content, and became addicted immediately. Now I'm obsessed. They're unlike any other. The world has a lot of hidden gems. BTS was that for me. Now they're my everything. I got my tickets to Lollapalooza, Hope is about to take over our city. I can't wait! 🤘🏼

There is a 3 song live hip hop set of Come back Home, No More Dream and Mic Drop from a BTS Festa which for me is one of my favorite live performances. It used to get tons of play, but lately has mostly been in the vaults as ARMY seems not to push it much anymore. Hopefully some ARMYs will echo my sentiment that it is top tier BTS.

It would be great if you watch something live like 2019 mma performance where you can get a full on live audience performance. BTS are ambassadors for Louis Vouton everyone in fashion industry wants BTS. V was invited to Celine show in Paris for fashion week sent him there on private jet along with Lisa from blackpink who is thier Ambassador. They never had such a crowd show up at fashion show V was the star of the show even though he is not the Ambassador for thier label.

Much as I love MMA 2019 and mind blowing as it is having just watched some reactors not getting the full experience as they didn’t know the songs which played during each solo performance I would suggest leaving it until later to enjoy it fully.

@@pyejammiesfanfic640 Yeah I think, though they mean well, Armys tend to recomment MMA 2019 way too early to reactors who don't know enough about BTS or the songs to fully appreciate it. They'll appreciate it but on the most basic, shallow level and because there aren't any subtitles, these people go into it extra blind. Just today I saw a whole comment section asking someone to react to that because he asked for their best live. The dude couldn't even tell them apart and wasn't entirely sure if they were speaking in Korean. We really need to let reactors dive a little deeper into great lives before showing them the cream of the crop.

"Clubby" - Dynamite of course. "Butter" and "PTD" are good, but as a child of the 60's/70's, Dynamite wins hands down for me. Because he likes rap, "UGH!" and "Born Singer" to react to the 7. Suga/Agust D "Daechwita" MV, "First Love" with subtitles, and "Agust D" MV RM "Do You" MV, "Forever Rain", and of course "Joke" J-Hope "Boy Meets Evil" MV so his dancing is front and center. People with brains won’t freak out when they hear a different language. It’s a Korean group. Don’t expect English from non natives. They throws it in from time to time. But it’s not their first language. They aren’t an American band. They are a Korean bands. It’s the same with Spanish music. People don’t look around bewildered when they start speaking and singing in Spanish lol. 😂😂😂💜💜💜 only those close minded will actually mind a language barrier. But when the world began there wasn’t a language. But they still could enjoy music together and understand each Luther through the music. thank you for showing this to your friend and exposing them to this festa live, it truly shows the versatility of their music and it's a great start! as you said they have an amazing bond and they are basically like brothers, they treat eachoter like brothers and as you said sometimes people will throw random people together and they will just strictly just be business and not really have that bond but bts is quite literally a family, the refer to each other as brothers, family and best friends so that's just one thing to love about them,,also how involved they are with the creative process in their songs in just about every single one on their songs you will see most of the members credited for lyrics and production and I think that's another thing that makes bts so amazing

Your friend might like "Run BTS" (a new hip hop song but doesn't have MV. Don't get mix with Run by BTS. This is Run BTS by BTS) or Mic Drop. Beside that, he might want to check Jhope new songs "More" and "Arson". Some reactors said that it's a mix of genre that they call it a new genre since they cannot put it anywhere. Louise Vuitton, Celine, Nike, FILA and New ERA (Korean Fashion Brands), older ones were Converse and Skechers. That's all I know for their fashion brands. Their biggest sponsors would be Samsung, and Hyundai at this time. They are also South Korea's Tourism Ambassadors, and Ambassadors for Youth, with their Love Myself campaign with UNICEF. I could go on and on, but I would be here all day. I think having the closed captions on would have been great, but it might have distracted him from the video. I did notice when Jin was singing his verse, he noticed the words "niga" and "neaga" that were in that verse. You might want to explain the Korean meanings are I, you , yours, etc. So many people think they are saying the N word with those. J Hope's album 'Jack In The Box', that was just released, is very amazing. I'm waiting for your reaction to More and Arson. The whole album is awesome, you may want to do an album listen. Maybe your friend would want to join. With the CC's this time. J Hope put his whole heart and soul into the album. And you will be surprised, J-Hope said, "I want to show you a different side of me", it's a more dark, old school hip hop vibe. We were pleasantly surprised. Like the reaction but REALLY wish you had turned on the CC on for Eng subs. Maybe its cuz way too many new reactors use language ("I don't know what they are singing about") as an easy excuse to blow off BTS. Even the 1st comments by the friend DJ reactor here refers to the foreign language/lyrics as clear obstacles when listening to new music by foreign artists. Turning the CC subs on removes those barriers so non-Korean-speakers can appreciate their music FULLY.

6:30 in my experience that's a misconception, I never saw peopel be turned off by different language music at parties even if they would have said they'd be put off if you asked them before you know. this is a specific american thing too. the rest of the world is more used to hearing music in different languages every day while americans grow up and it's all english
