The judge and his daughter had nothing to do with Mr Trump cooking the books. The evidence proved to a jury- not the judge or his daughter- beyond a reasonable doubt that he broke the law. My point was that that Cannon is overseeing a criminal case in which the defendant is the same person that appointed her. That is unethical. She should have recused herself for a conflict of interest. Instead she has prevented a timely hearing where he could’ve been convicted or cleared before the election.

Jack has prosecuted war criminals at the Hague. Cannon got fast tracked as a federal judge with no experience. Jack is clearly qualified and Cannon can't stop making an idiot of herself. The prosecution and the defense have had to explain her job to her as well as statutes and case law that a federal judge should not be ignorant of. I don't care who appointed her, she's just incompetent and inexperienced and compromised. At least the Trump appointed judge on the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals knows how to do their job and has integrity.

Is anyone fooled by Cannon's "listening to both sides" strategy (as if she's trying to be fair and impartial)? It's blatantly obvious she is putting on the act of "Conscientious Judge" with the main goal of delaying the proceedings so that the trial can't possibly happen before the November election. Of course, she will ultimately side with the prosecution (After all, she has her job and reputation to protect) but regardless of the number and severity of the charges, she will find some way to be lenient with sentencing, imposing no jail time on Trump (unless it's a few months of house arrest). Unfortunately for Jack Smith, Cannon is being very careful not to give him grounds to have her recused - and the longer the case goes on, the harder it will be to have her removed...

He did not ask pence to certify the election. That would mean trump agreed and Biden won. He wanted the election looked into and he was right. The 2020 election is the only election I have seen in my 60 years of voting where the man who was winning at 10PM was not announced as the President. Where the shut the counting down, brought in boxes of votes at 3 am and counted them and they all were for the other guy. And at 7am they announced the loser at 10PM as the winner at 7 am. That was the joke and still is today. Biden won by cheating. Biden said the truth to the reporter in his basement, when asked why he wasn't out campaigning, he said quote " I don't have to, the Democrat leaders have taken care of everything".
