This was the song that brought Heart back into public focus. People were refusing to put their music out in the eighties because Ann had gained weight and wasn't twenty anymore, they thought no one would listen to the music!! Such STUPIDITY! Her voice blasted us all out of the water. God, I love this band.

Same was said about WilsonPhillips back in the day. The directors and producers didn’t want to put Carnie Wilson in the videos because of her size, but Wendy and Chynna said no deal. Either she’s in the videos or they don’t get made.

Agree with everything you had to say about Ann and Nancy's vocals. Just wanted to point out, since he's not on camera a ton, but that's Alice in Chains's Mike Inez playing bass on "These Dreams." Both bands are from Seattle, and the ladies in Heart were big proponents of the Seattle grunge bands, including Alice. Probably also a good indication of how Cameron Crowe made his movie "Singles" in the early 90s--at the time, he was married to Nancy, and the movie had several members of Pearl Jam in it.

After hearing Nancy's great harmonizing for decades it is kind of shocking how strong she leads. I never paid much attention to the 80's stuff until recently (It's great!) Imagine having a great singer and musician like Nancy Wilson in your band and, Oh Yeah here is her sister Ann too!! What a dream it must have been creating music with them.

So freaking good for so many decades. I love their early seventies stuff that has such a folk and fantasy vibe almost like a female front of Jethro Tull, their 80 stuff got very large along with the large hair and their big-budget videos etcetera but at the core of it all was that great songwriting. And now that they've stripped the songs down a bit and perform them acoustically, the amazing interplay between the Wilson sisters just shines so intensely. And voice has done nothing to soften with age, and let's face it Nancy Wilson is no joke on guitar. That girl can play. I love hearts so much. Great to see you guys reacting to this. I know I asked you to and every time please pass it on... Celtic Frost a Dying God coming into human flesh official video... Has nothing to do with this one once again but I'm just going to keep on asking. Take care guys wonderful to see you so excited about this older music.

We the sisters were teens Nancy Wilson sang and Ann Wilson played the guitar, but then they traded places because they realized that Ann loved to sing more and she had a stronger voice and Nancy loved to play the guitar more and both can play the drums and the piano but Nancy could play the piano better, and at one time a critical manager I think it was sad Ann Wilson had the face and Nancy Wilson had the body I always thought that they were both very pretty and Ann in the day had a good body as well. When they got with the band the name was not Heart, but shortly after some of the members of the band left taking the name with them so the sisters and what was left of the band stayed together calling them selves Heart. I'm so glad that they did they were great in the 70's and the 80's. If you know the song Stairway to Heaven by Led Zeppelin RIP JOHN BONHAM AKA BONZO on drums you need to watch the tribute to LED ZEPPELIN Stairway to Heaven by Heart live at the Kennedy center Heart was amazing and LZ thought that to . BONZO son Jason Bonham played his dad's drums and was wearing his dad's hat. Ann and Nancy have been friends with Led Zeppelin since the 70's and are still great friends ❤ PLEASE react to it you won't be disappointed. Much love to you both Brandi Modrak. ❤ ps watch to the end PLEASE.
