Hi Aditi, i understood your problem, this happens to males and females having dusky or brown or wheatish skin color. To make it better, include avery good portion of fruits in your meals, whole eggs, dry fruits and fibre rich foods. Do regular walking or jogging, all these things together with 4-5 litres of water will solve your problem.

@@aditigupta8457 Even if that is the case, as a nutritionist, my answer will remain the same, good portion of fruits will reduce the oxidative damage on skin very quickly. You can also include greens like brocolli, lettuce , cucumber and lemon+ Apple Cider Vinegar water twice a day.

Non veg se koi problem nai agar aap fried non veg nahi khaate hain to. Peene se bhi koi khaas problem nai hai agar aap binge drinking nahi karte aur ek ghante me ek peg se jyaada nahi lete. Sabse important physical activities karte rahiye. Ek baar jaake kisi acche de cardiologist se heart ke 3 basic tests karwa lijiye, BP, sugar normal rKhiye!
