People old ages coming to every one of us if we live long enough. There's always something that's not perfect that's what's great about rock and roll rock and roll is unconditional Rock and roll's why we got long hair and get high rock and roll is why we dress the way we do Rock and roll's why we move the way we do they can't stop the rock and roll machine and I quote that from Eric Moore and heart are having fun and giving the people what they want so that's all that counts
@dianagraetz14326 ай бұрын
For those of you being critical of Hearts performance and are insistent upon them hanging it up should take into consideration that every last one of us (if we are fortunate enough) will live a long life without coming anywhere near the accomplishments, they’ve achieved throughout their career. I think they sound damn good in their 70s!! Rock on ladies!

“ Old people on a rock 🪨 n’ roll stage is embarrassing. 😳 Myself included. “ Grace Slick. Thankfully she said that after 1989. That’s when I got to see her and the Airplane twice. They were great. 👍
@glendastevenson81496 ай бұрын
Grace was still in her prime when she said that, and she was right. Also, if you saw her in 1989, that wasn't Jefferson Airplane. It was Starship then.
@writer1256 ай бұрын
@@glendastevenson8149 No, it was the Airplane. They reunited back in 89 for a new album, video and a tour around the country. I got to see them twice when they played NY for 4 shows. Two shows at Radio City, Jones Beach and the SPAC. I saw first night at Radio City and the SPAC. They were still the best.

Most of Jazz Fest is not jazz. It’s actually called the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival. The Rolling Stones are not jazz, but they played there. So many people have played there. I can’t even remember all the great bands that I saw there, famous or local. It’s always good music. There’s a Gospel stage, a. Cajun and Zydeco stage, a World stage that has music from around the world, a Blues stage, Mardi Gras, Indian dance around the area in their Indian suits as they call them. There’s so many things to see and so much local food and also food from around the world to eat . Unfortunately , it’s gotten too crowded, even on the days that are for locals, which are during the week, to enjoy now. It’s expensive but people still show up from around the world Show up. New Orleans has a lot of festivals and every time they create a new one like the French Quarter festival for locals it eventually becomes so packed. It’s ridiculous. into something that’s insane and we can’t go anymore. However, if you have the chance to go, I Rebecca, you go and just deal with the crowds because it’s worth it.

I’ve been there over 40 times because I live in New Orleans and I’m from there and I have never seen Jazz once because I don’t like that kind of music. The actual name of the festival is in New Orleans jazz and heritage festival. They have a few headliners to make a lot of money which they do. But there’s also a lot of other stages such as the gospel tent that it even even if you’re an atheist, will blow your mind. there’s a Mardi Gras Indian stage , they highlight a country every year and this year it’s Columbia so there’s a lot of drums. There are local artists from New Orleans. There are Cajun artists, Zydeco, blues. Any kind of music genre you can think of. Is there . There’s also the best food in the world. There are classic New Orleans dishes, such as gumbo, jambalaya, etouffe, Poboys of any kind you can imagine, etc. Cajun food, African, Latin American food, etc. etc. it has to be delicious and of high quality or they won’t let you sell at Jazz Fest. There’s also exhibits of every kind , people selling the most interesting objects from around the world that once again have to be a high-quality or you cannot sell it at the Jazz Fest. But I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to it unless they wanted to see the exhibits and the lesser known band stages because it has gotten ridiculously unbearably crowded especially at the main stage. You can’t enjoy yourself and also it’s ridiculously expensive.

No one is great when they get older. Do you she can sustain that kind of voice? All of the high range singers from back in the day can’t sing like they used to. The voice box Kansas thing that kind of pressure forever. Robert Plant does not seem great anymore. Chris Cornell didn’t seem great anymore, etc. I saw in their prime five times and they were awesome but I don’t mind seeing them when they’re older. It’s good to know you can still do that in your 70s. Wait till you get that age you’ll see.
