sorry for late reply. Off course quality of life improves a lot after surgery for HOCM. Patient's symptoms improve a lot and they can live a normal life with very reduced risk of sudden death.

My father was diagnosed TVCAD, LAD fully blocked, RCA, 95 percent blocked and mild irregularities in Left Circumflex artery. He was advised CABG. But in operation notes doctor only mentioned LAD bypassed using LIMA. And using RGSV , PLV was bypassed?why not circumflex and right coronary artery? What is this kindly explain me. 3 / 3

Quality of life improves after surgery and symptoms improve a lot. It depends upon how bad the symptoms were before surgery and nature of HOCM. Patients feel lot better. However you can’t do too heavy exercise or c play football

Aoa Agr by pass k baad patient ko hosh na aay Mery chachu ka operate huwa hai un ko 2days ho gy hain hosh nhi aya woh ventilator py hain. Aaj un ka CT scan b huwa doctor NY kaha un ki left side py falij ka attack huwa hai jus ki wajha Sy dimage kaam nhi kr raha Hum Sab buhat parishan hain.. Is k Bary main Aap Kuch bata sakty hain...?
