I would love to see more about the mistakes ( show us ) ... ...because it would make us all feel so much better about ourselves... ...and educate us much better . If you liked this video, you may also want to know that there are a number of steps to making chocolate! First, cocoa beans are picked from the tree. At this stage, the beans are white and gooey. You should do this professionally on a large scale. Maybe make them smaller and put on the package that "1 Serving is 6 mini-bombs" or something. This is fabulous! Also, if you can source the cocoa from EqualExchange or FairTrade only sources, that would help to end child slavery on cocoa plantations. Getting "parve" or "pareve" (dedicated factory equipment) cocoa/chocolate would make it so that people with severe milk-protien (casein) allergies can buy and use them too!
