Ingredients
2 tbsp (30 ml) olive oil
1 cup quartered white or brown mushroom
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 tsp dried thyme leaves
2 garlic cloves, crushed or minced
3 medium carrots, peeled and cut in cubes
2 stalks celery, chopped
2 tbsp (30ml) whole wheat flour
2 medium potatoes, peeled and cut in 1” cubes
3 cups (750 ml) low sodium vegetables broth
2 cups Romano Beans
1/4 tsp salt or substitute
Ground Red Pepper or freshly grounded pepper
Dumplings:
2 cups Flour (1 cup whole wheat and 1 cup all purpose)
1/4 tsp salt
1 -2 cup water
