Love that I now have a new video to add to the list of ones I can watch over and over - really great job - amazing stuff. Love starting off with Seb Coe and moving to the current folks. Its so true that the true champions do the work when it sucks when folks arent looking, when you really have to dig down and get going when you would rather stay in and relax. Keep on it and the dreams become reality, not always in the way you may have imagined but there is so much value in the journey... 2019 Goals - Complete a 50 Mile Race - TNF Endurance Challenge Wash DC April 27th signed up - Run 2000 Miles (carry over will do it this time) - Drop 20 or more pounds (will really help the other goals there) - Run some different races (track, road, XC) - More consistent speed training - keep this going although tough sometimes with the work travel, but I think this will really be key to the rest of the goals - Help build a better running culture at the local level - hopeful on this one

I play volleyball, and to me it's fun. It's fun to play with others, it's fun to make cool movements, and out play or use some fancy technique to beat ur opponents. But at the same time, people that dedicate only to running earn my biggest respect. No one try to stop u when u run, no one try to block u or slow u down or even punch u when u run. U just run, agaisnt the clock, and against urself😤😤

my goal is to return to my team. I got sick in spring, I twisted my ankle over summer. I've been away from the team for a while, and I'm not fast enough to compete with them how I used to. I am going to get a physical this week to finally join again, but I want to be fast enough to help them win. Because our goal, as a team, is to make history again. We did it last year at USCAA nationals, winning boys and girls xc two years in a row. My dream right now is to reach my full strength again, and continue getting faster, so that I can help do it twice more, in my last two fall semesters here. I want to carry on the legacy of those who won it last year, who have left, and then pass that torch on to the younger ones when I leave.
