Hey, thanks a lot for such a nice book review! May I translate it into Russian so that Bulgakov's Russian fans could watch it too?

You are not quite right about Bulgakov being banned in Soviet Russia. In fact, Stalin liked him, protected him and allowed him to work despite many’s opinion. People in the West use to think USSR was a total mess and propaganda, and Stalin was a beast. Though he let Bulgakov work and loved his poems. This is why Bulgakov stayed in the USSR, after the Stalins phone call. Read more before you make statements

I completely hated this book cause I’m like he has a weird mind and the book relies too much on psychology theories, but then I realized, oh this was actually going on and he was just hypothetically saying what would happen if it succeeded. Yet again Russian literature has made me lose faith in humanity and complete hope in God. We are evil. 😞

Булгаков показал что такое власть народа.

How is Russian literature underpaid and under-appreciated? xD
