There is a basic defect in study design, i would like to ask how mow much was the af burden after af ablation, and there should be a one more arm which should be not on anticoagulation and didn't recieved watchman device. As the risk of stroke reduction may have been because of af ablation and not bcoz of your watchman device than in that situation your watchman device would not have been of any use.
