It's great to have that train back, but it would be nice if the schedule was earlier. Who knows, maybe that'll be in the making.

I was speaking to a passenger this morning funnily enough about this very topic! For them, at least, they think the train is now pitched just right, though I know that opinion is far from unanimous. Out of interest, if you had absolutely free rein, what time would you see it depart Worcester/arrive Boston?

Call me shellfish if you want, but I would argue Brockton needs a express train to Boston. I take 008 almost every Wednesday into Boston to play Pokemon go, and it continuously picks up until JFK. Alot of people in Holbrook/Randolph or Braintree can't get seats. I don't know how big Brockton is compared to Worcester, but I think it could work. Always jealous of you working in the industry lol

Through a quick bit of Wikipedia research, reliable enough I'm sure, but Brockton's population is about half that of Worcester. Plus you've also got Montello and Campello to boot, meaning the nature of an express service would probably upset the locals in the northern and southern extremities of the city!

the problem is that the old colony lines r fully single tracked but in the brockton area so u cant run a lot of trains
