Heartbreaking! The puppy was abandoned and almost starved to death. The poor puppy had to drink water to satisfy his hunger. When I was rescued, the poor puppy was so hungry that it was all skin and bones. I was worried that the puppy would not survive, so I adopted this poor puppy.

The “rescuer” spent a lot of time videoing the dog when they “found” it and took it out of the bag. The dog was shivering and the first thing they should have done was helped it getting warm, fed, given fresh water and bathed. Then off to a vet for a thorough examination. The video is fake.
