I have learned so much from THE man of God for a month than last 52 years of my being a pathetic Christian. His teachings are like a powerful magnet where I got attached to permanently.

Been saved for 49 some years and have learned more listening to Paul Washer in the last year than all the 48 years before

I love his sermons as well, they’re genuine and Biblically right and strong! I gained a lot! But just like what he’s said, “there’s no Man of God in this world but only pitiful men!”, so, I don’t think he wants to be called “Man of God” either.

Brother Paul, When listening to a sermon, reading the Bible, I find myself heart broken. Tears well up in the privacy of wherever I may be. Thankfulness fills me And alas, when the sermon/reading ends- i walk out into public with new perspective about how I'm alien to this world. But sanctified slightly more, and on my path to the new testing of faith God has in store for me. Being tested by fire is viewed in a new light No more woe is me and complaints PRAISE God that he chastens me.

Hallelujah! Praise the Lord!! 🙌 So much of today’s preaching the Gospel is what the Jews and Romans did to Jesus only, and not mentioning nor understanding what the Father was doing to the Son, His full wrath on Him as Jesus was bearing our sins!

Does anyone know what that book of "Logic" that Paul Washer mentioned at around 4:00 - 5:00 ?
@IgorFoukzon12 жыл бұрын
The problem with that "someone" is not that he offends ME personally (though many childishly hold it is). The problem is that he do WRONG, brings actual evil and destruction into the real world. Which means that retribution is already there - it is just not him who bears it. But it is probably he who generously forgives himself in his heart - at the expense of other.

Proclaiming forgiveness on a criminal before he begins truly realize his failure will be the judge's own grievous failure - instead of helping a criminal to come to the deep repentance, he provokes him to become a convicted parasite. The nonsense is not giving a person the countless opportunities to understand that HIS evil became a burden for others, but in depraving him from these blessed opportunities by deceptive idea that forgiveness comes INSTEAD of retribution, rather than IN SPITE of it.

@@IgorFoukzon if I wanted to counter, I would just say that the recognition of the criminal’s evil would first bear no valuable fruit in itself, and secondly not come about by way of being left alone. The criminal doesn’t need to realize he had been a very bad boy. He needs saving. This is all explained in Paul’s explanations of what can be accomplished by the law, which only convicts of sin. In fact, your original comment seems to have been written completely unaware that what you were proposing was already accomplished, evidenced by the universality of guilt. But what does guilt bring? And now with your waiting done, how would you reword your point with 12 years under your belt?
