Back in 1997, a little Magic: the Gathering card called Quirion Dryad became popular. It was a small creature (just like a Hearthstone minion) that grows whenever you cast a non-green spell. Players would pack their decks with cheap deck manipulation and draw spells to quickly find the Dryads and then power them up, often killing opponents out of nowhere by casting a huge number of spells in one turn. The deck was unofficially named after the fertilizer Miracle-Gro. Fast forward to a few years ago, and the Hearthstone deck that used Gadgetzan Auctioneer along with Conceal and other spells was similar enough to be called Miracle Rogue by Magic players. The name stuck. Now the vowel similarity between Rogue and Gro has been lost, and the word "miracle" by itself refers to the style of play that uses many cheap spells to create a huge advantage in one turn, even though it has nothing to do with divine power or the Magic mechanic Miracle.

Something similar happened to me yesterday: priest played against me - turn 1 - coin, radiant elemental into double PW:S, mind vision. Next turn he drew inner fire to buff elemental and SW:Pon turn 4 to kill my BLoodhoof Brave. I lost, but what an insane rng that was. My execute was buried in the deck

I was playing a similar deck a while back but everytime I played it id always draw my two arcane giants, medivh. and free from amber within the first 6 turns. I eventually removed everything higher than dragonfire because I was so fucking fed up of having medivh, giants, and amber.

I find it funny just how wrong that pros were about the Un'Goro meta. Almost everyone hated priest and rogue, and now they're some of the most powerful classes in the game. Plus, hunter is weaker than anyone had imagined!

Cards have a tendancy to look and play completely different, and Pros usually look at the meta game as it IS, not as what it WILL be. Kibler I watch during reveals because I want to support his videos, but honestly I mostly pay attention to Noxious even if he's wrong most of the time as well; Nox tends to look at cards and what's coming out, not how to slot them into the current metagame.

RobinSpy I dont think she can be swapped in standard, theres a shit ton of cards that moved to wild. But you wont regret crafting her, shes really versatile and can be included in a lot of decks.
