If he attacks azure drake, he takes 4 damage, then 3 from the buccaneers attack, 3 more from hitting the buccaneer. Total:10 If he attacks the buccaneer, he takes 1 damage, then 8 damage from the azure drake. Total:9 Of course this is excluding spell damage and the SI:7

monkeyflyer360 ooh sorry i didn't read that right, i asumed the other 3 was the si 7, and then figured you put that damage into the total 9 somehow. but despite the 1 damage less, you still leave behind a 3/2, over a 4/4, which would have opened up way better trading later, so he coulda killed si instead of azure later. 2/7 taunt is a lot better against a 2 health minion. i cant imagine a world where in that was the best play unless that 1 damage would somehow kill him exactly, and he knew that was a risk

hm, but if you dont have the full combo with C'thun you still have a joker in you deck to at least rise up you chances of winning (or getting a Polymorphed 30/30 -_- ) You are probably right but I still would like to see if this is any good.

It's too slow. Also, what would you replace? You can't replace the C'thun cards, can't replace any card draw, and it's no good to remove your early game as the meta is packed with pirate decks. It looks decent in an extremely control heavy meta, but even then you would probably get more value if you used the combo with Bran -> C'thun rather than Ancient one. Unfortunately a 30/30 just isn't good enough.

What's the anti-anti-anti-aggro? That would be a control deck. Cause there's anti-aggro deck and there's the anti-anti-aggro deck. I guess the anti-anti-aggro deck is a control deck. This is a control deck. Anti-anti-anti-aggro is like an even heavier control deck. I wish I had some clue how to transition into decks like this slowly :( I'm time poor so building a deck like this would literally take a months. I work 60+ hours a week lol. Would it be possible for you to include a quick transition guide at the start of these deck showcases like when you used to do your trump teachings before standard? I don't mind putting in the work but I wish I could start transitioning instead of saving up dust from a basic deck until I have 10k+ dust to build it. Basic never gets me much past 10 or 13ish before everyone has fully built decks. Surely part of it is that I'm not great at the game yet but Its hard to be competitive against people who already have decks like this or his priest deck :)

Stolen goods too slow. You pay an additional 2 mana for the taunt with no synergy. This isn't a taunt buff deck, you only need the specific number of taunts and you need them to be "fast" which is to say that 2 extra mana really hurts your tempo. against aggro it's a dead card, against control you're playing control warrior and don't need the discover to win the match up, just armor up more. That's my understanding of it, anyhow.

I don't get the play where he kills the 1/2 pirate that can turn into a 3/2. He saves 2 damage to face for the next turn, true, but you save 4 damage for the turn after that one. And that's the kind of thinking you need to do, long term.

Too much pirate stuff in NA. Pirate warrior, aggro Pirate/Jade shaman, and pirate/questing miracle rogue destroys Jade Druid. It doesn't have the speed to compete with those decks. Even N'Zoth Jade Rogue beats it on tempo. But if they do fight a classic control deck like warrior, its like a 90% chance to win as the druid. There are just too many losing matchups for the deck rn.

As these commenters said, it refers to Reno Jackson, but a "reno deck" is a way to call a deck with no duplicates of any card (some people sometimes run one or two duplicates). Kazakus and Raza the Chained have the same condition on their battlecries, so decks that use them are also "reno decks" in that regard, besides always having a copy of Reno Jackson as well since healing to full health is usually insta-win against aggro decks..
