Probably because half of the deck is dedicated to drawing into answers for whatever you need. Thats the great thing about Discover as a mechanic: its a more reliable card draw. So while the deck is full of answers, you can also play minions that create more answers, effectively helping you draw into answers twice as fast as your opponent without actually sending you into fatigue. Thats why this deck is a value deck.

I'd guess because the built-in healing and efficient early game minions are good against aggro, while the various discover cards give great value against control while maintaining enough tempo. Board clear is reasonable and the discover mechanic lets you select specialized answers mid-game.

I'm aware that pirate warrior is an aggro deck. Trump was at 7 health and the pirate player had 2 cards in hand. There were definitely outs if Trump didn't have healing - top deck Arcanite reaper into upgrade + unanswered bloodsail raider or Leeroy + Arcanite reaper + upgrade (11 damage over the next three turns for exact lethal). Unlikely? Yes, but if this were a tournament, no good player would have conceded.

This isn't a tournament. On the ladder, success is measured by time spent getting to a given rank, not straight up winrate. In the time he would have spent trying to mount an unlikely comeback, he might have won another game.

TRUMP! Can you possibly make us a "basic to full" guide for a few decks like the Reno deck or recent control warrior deck you used? Something that has the "starting basic" deck and then shows what cards to replace as you get them? There are a lot of decks out there but nothing that really helps you transition into a deck if you are free to play and are building the deck over a long period of time. You used to do something similar on your old trump teaching videos. I could have missed it but I didn't see it in the new trump teaches video versions.

its okay but you probably replaced ysera for it right? Ysera is better cause it gives more value needs less prequisites and is a dragon activator

Also Medivh is a 8 mana 7/7. Its too slow for the body, the weapon being 1 damage and summoning minions means its not a great weapon for trading with, especially vs aggro where your health is extremely valuable. Overall, including it tilts your mana curve abit to high. You don't have much space for big minions, even in reno decks. I would recommend justicar over medivh, also auchenai is good with the free hero power. I think there are much better options than Medivh.

Depends on what you're missing. What do you need to craft for both decks respectively? Generally speaking, it is better to focus on crafting neutral legendaries first and try to play less combo'y decks before doing so. You're going to be stuck with the deck for a really long time after crafting it, so Kazakus might be better. But again, it really depends on the cards you need and what kinda player you are.

LifeSytleBox I use the site heartharena.com make an account and click 'start new arena run' it helps you make fairly decent decks. Don't rely on their choice 100% tho I usually make my own choice and then use the site for hard decisions

Last game: Malkorok might not have been able to give a weapon with less than 1 attack, but it could have given you fool's bane, which can't attack heroes, thereby missing lethal. The warrior would still be in a basically untenable position at one health with a 5-health fatigue hit next turn, requiring him to either gain significant armor/health or win that turn. His assets are 2 minions with enough power to kill Malkorok, assuming Trump ignores them with his Fool's Bane (which he won't). Best bet would probably be a roll of the dice with Yogg. MAYBE Confessor Paletress summoning Ragnarok Light Lord would be enough (just Rag alone would probably run out of steam too quickly), but I doubt it. Reno SOUNDS good, but Trump still had a handful of legendaries, so it probably wouldn't be quick enough. The chances of a turn-around at that point were ridiculously slim, but it would have been hilarious.
