I've said it before and i'll say it again, of all the people I do watch that stream I have never seen someone love their own Twitch chat as much as Trump. I swear Kripp would never let his chat do this. There's also the fact the majority of the picks Trump agreed with his chat. It shows he's had an impact on his viewers that they share similar thoughts to Trump. Best HS streamer/youtuber by far (Love you too btw Jens)

the plays were not terrible. look at his deck he already said he doesnt really have an answer. say he clear the opponent's minion the way twitch said he should have, and yay board is cleared but so is his own one. then the opponent just drop more minions or something huge, he would have just lost anyways coz he wont be able to catch up to the opponent since he has no removal at all. trust me on this. desperate clears are not always the best plays. i often wins with 5-6 health because of value plays. go for the max value possible, look at your opponent's hand and the number of cards he has, then make the best play.

He didnt have an answer and then put himself in a position where he would NEED an answer. he had 2 Kill commands, but didnt want to save 6 face health, and to insetad develop a yeti. that was the slow greedy play, when his entire hand was slow, greedy cards. you need to play tempo early to buy time for your late game to come in.

The plays were terrible in the eyes of someone who doesn't understand the strategy that separates good players from great players. You can't play every deck the same way.

Vasterlan0ftw There used to be a leader board where viewers could collect points by typing !guess n (where n is the number of wins they thought Trump would get) and receive 1 point for being one win off or 3 points for getting it dead on. Shortly after Trump moved to Tempo Storm that was discontinued. However, you will see some fan participation in guessing wins in future videos like this one.

In the first game I was surprised that Trump didn't attack with the 1/1 to check if it was either Freeze Trap or Snake Trap. Losing the 1/1 didn't have a meaningful impact. He could have won the game if he had done that.

That was unregulated twitch chat, I was there. I'd say unless many people see the meme-potential, the majority surprisingly goes after the strongest cards. If we actually let twitch play the game itself, i suspect it would be an entirely different story though (if that were possible)

that play at 31:00 made me real mad. I'm just an amateur but to me it looked like a pretty stupid play. He could get rid of 6 damage (for a turn) and still play has he intended in the next turn (unleash/kill command), instead he just went from 22 to 13 hp, and without any board presence that means you loose against a hunter.

Trump never plays to stay in the game, always goes for max greed. Sometimes taking a risk to maximise​ the chance for a win is right, but Trump always plays into exposing himself to being face smashed. You gotta respect the tempo.

Blob Dat Some cards were removed from arena drafts (like Purify), but I don't remember Snipe being one of them. Maybe he was thinking of Dart Trap? It rotated out when UnGoro released. (I can't remember what play he was about to make. Snipe is when you play a minion and Dart Trap is on Hero Power, so I'm not sure why he would mix them up aside that both were never popular in ranked or arena.)
