Hearthstone: Trump Deck Teachings - 16 - Secret Paladin (Paladin)

With the release of TGT came the Mysterious Challenger and thus Secret Paladin emerged. As a midrange deck that aims to play huge threats each turn it can quickly overwhelm opponents. On the downside though, your deck is filled with 1 mana secrets which are often terrible draws early on.

+Edzter Mysterious Challenger is not a doctor. Voodoo Doctor and Dr. Boom are the only doctors in the game. Also, he doesn't overuse the term in this video. He uses it a lot in the first 5 minutes of the video to illustrate how the deck is packed with valuable cards. He stops using the term at some point during the second or third opponent. Calm your tits.

Ancient video, but I wanted to comment: This was my favourite era of Hearthstone, and my favourite deck. It was simple, intuitive, cheap to build and most importantly: Fun to play. Yes, at the time it was decried as being a meanace to the meta, but when you look at the current state of the meta, Secret Paladin is a joke in comparison, I mean, it's not even a good deck in Wild. Sometimes less is more, and Hearthstone developers clearly don't understand that simple idiom.

You should not keep it even more when you think you could fight an aggressive deck if you don't have enough early game (Paladins, Warlocks, Druids, Shamans, Hunters = possible aggro decks)

This deck is both overpowered and ridiously easy to play, is easy to see why it's so popular, but come on people, Face Hunter is even mor stupid. Also the deck is not flawless (Freeze Mage it isn't) and can be beated, the BUG PROBLEM is that there is no easy trade with it's big card (How do you Kill Tirion or Challenger woth just one card? and the you have to beat aither it;s secerts or Ahbringer). I hope to see some major class balance in this year. Paladin, Mage and Druid are out of controll, Rogue is slightly under played and Shaman...What is a Shaman? P.S: Sometimes the Herthstone comunuty is the most cancerous thing ever, for more details, just read the other coments of this video.

At 9:00 didnt Trump miss lethal because he attacked with all his minions and then the warlock was brought down to six on turn 7. If he used blessing of kings he had an additional 4 damage: warlock is at 2 and then if he played coghammer another 2 damage and the warlock would be dead. Am i right or am i missing something?

this deck is simply a joke ,which can be defeated most of the time only with freeze mage ,to kill mysterious challenger is practically impossible at your first turn against it so (fireball solves your life problems) after u kill it there is still reviving secret + avenge which means more and more big problems inc ,every 6 mana round apears ,mysterious challenger insta hop on the table = 5% chance for me to win if i do not play freeze mage which can simply freeze the table and then aoe if it has topdeck ... i cannot pass rank 4 cuz its full of this crap so im stopping playing this game till this card wont be broken even more then dr.boom ,ye qq
