I thought a silence would only increase health like that if the minion was undamaged (still at 4 health from muckmorpher effect and silenced then) otherwise it would stay at its damaged health total?

Not enough mana and if he savage roar, deathrattle will deal 3 damages to all minions as the result of clearing his board so there is no lethal. (Lethal is silence and savage roar but Zephyrs didn't give kibler silence)
