Hey Bro , if you really want to speed up. Just burn another of the same screens and put it on your station, when the dry shirt comes around, print the second white on it, remove and put the next shirt.

How's about having two the same screens for white print and work set-up like: 1st person loads the shirts and immediately prints the first layer, then the ink is cured under flash unit, the tee goes to 2nd person who prints second layer of white usind the other screen and unloads the shirt to the dryer. In this case you would need only one circle of the carousell and the loader/unloader does need to wait for the second pass. I usually print alone on manual press but this is the way I am going to try one day.

you could save time if you angle your conveyor closer, where you only turn to place it on the conveyor and move the shirts to your right where you are only turning your waste. your shirt loading is on point.

Hey Ricardo.. I love it. Rotation is fawless, Micro registration is good to have but with side clamps you really dont need it.. I had a Riley Hopkins and some other really cheap press that I first started with.. The Thunder is absolutely the best.
