She said that she was BORROWING his car starting in March. He agreed to sell her the car with the first payment being made on August 31st. August 30th is when he took the car back. The agreement hadn't yet been made. No, she wasn't late, but he was still the rightful owner of the car and can repossess it, as the agreement was not in effect until the payment was made the next day.

I don't know how in 1 month the lady couldn't have taken the so-called $2,000 she claims to already have in her possession to pay for the vehicle and went to a car dealership to get one on a down payment. He also said the loans added up to 5000. Which means there had to be several high value loans. JM just didn't acknowledge it or even gave him an opportunity to mention it.
