I don't think this hug quite dethroned the park scene hug (s2e2) for me, but it's definitely up there with the best Nick and Charlie hugs of all time (in my opinion, especially knowing the context behind it). My favourite thing is Nick's little smile right after he starts speedwalking towards Charlie. 🥹 AAAAAAAH. Also, Nick's sixth form tie reveal!

Darla says she isn't paid enough for her onscreen time. I love this clip so much, Kit and Joe's chemistry is so unmatched in this show. And of course been lovely seeing people make comparissons to the scene in the comics and the constant foot rise Charlie does. They make each other so happy and loved and I neeeeeed it 😭 Idk why "Hug First" always gets me so deeply, like kisses are great and all but Charlie just wants to hold Nick and feel him there. Hugs also just feel so much more nice and grounding so i'm sure Charlie prefers them somewhat. Like you bring up Charlie and Nick are going through some rough emotional times so it feels good to see them just hold eachother tightly like supporting each other physically. And man didn't look into the song, that's really neat and as usual they chose amazing songs for this *chef's kiss* It's gonna be so good when we all get to hug on another and cry together in october lol

The previous two clips were great, but this one brought back the butterflies in my stomach even though it's heartbreaking to watch, if you look closer, they're almost crying, especially Nick, which is no surprise after that conversation he had at Menorca.

I was a bit surprised that they picked a song where the couple is not end game, but the bit that they use fits really well with Nick and Charlie being worries and not knowing how to deal with stuff. I love this clip but beware season three leaked and I don’t know why that happened. It was very devastating to me to find that out because they worked so hard on it but at least we can enjoy this scene because it’s happy 🩷
