Dr. Will is so intelligent and insightful with a huge dose of compassion for each and every patient. It's so wonderful that he fully understands the fear and feelings of uncertainty on the patients part. He is the exact kind of doctor I would want taking care of me and my family. Bravo Dr. Will, Bravo.❤

Lost my mother to dementia five years ago. Actually, she lost what made her *her* 2 years before that. She didn't know me, didn't know who she was, or where she was. It was horrible to watch who'd been an independent, bright, and always curious woman lose bits and pieces of her mind, her memory, and her personality. This episode touched on what scares me most. Thank you for showing their happy outcomes!

This was my favorite episode of all the many I've seen. the love shown by all these people, the importance given to family love, to being together, it was so refreshing and moving, I wish I've had a family like the ones we see in this episode. I'm so happy all survived and went back to were they were, they deserve that from life, no question.

I had skin removal in my lower abdomen. The blood vessels that were severed were cauterized. No one knew 3 of them actually failed, and I was sent home. I was bleeding internally for hours. Crashed several times. They gave me blood and plasma. My niece said they used a pressure sleeve on the blood to get it in me as fast as possible because my blood vessels were all shutting down at that point, and my heart kept trying to stop. Surgery again and spent several days in the hospital. Blood loss can happen so quickly.

What an amazing skilled and thoughtful person and consultant/doctor Will is, and so humble with it And that family, Saleh and Naaz just adore and admire their Dad, and it shows the man he has been, and is. And Naaz has a beautiful soft face, and has such incredibly beautiful eyes, which are accentuated perfectly by her make up.

@Pammellam
@Pammellam 3 күн бұрын
I’m not 100% sure either, but the consultant doctor sort of seems to control the total activity. I’ve seen several of these shows where they featured the consultant. The consultant watches to make sure something is not over looked in the rush to check the patient. Or if he/she thinks the other doctors are going down a slightly wrong path, may direct them a different way.

Good families are also realistic, not just monsters. The focus can't always be on the bad, they're 99% of the news. Allow the world to see the good that exists.

There was one of these shows where the 78+ lady had an issue which wasn’t so bad actually. She had a bad family situation. It turned out when she was in her early 20s, she got married and had 10 kids in 10 years all of which she abandoned when the youngest was 3! Walked away from them, turned her back, never looked back, the little 3 year old said. She got the kids back again 10 years later but abandoned them again very soon. The only child of her 10 that wanted anything to do with her was that 3 year old, now grown up, named Helen. The rest of the kids want nothing to do with “mum”. That one child, Helen, would get a very distant look in her eyes when she talked about being abandoned. But she had been back with her “mum” for 20-30 years. They saw each other every day… or so. Helen found her mum just by chance. Mum never looked for any of her kids. And didn’t care to.
