Yes, praise our Heavenly Father. He was really shining a light on Dylan that day. I saw someone else said never dive alone. I add a gps added to a diver, something like a snow skier would have been more helpful actually than having a buddy then two May have been lost. But I think buddy diving is a rule of thumb. Currants are so strong. Take it from someone who knows. My husband drowned in a strong currant. 😢 So happy for this family.😁💞🙏

Not really. Notice the diver marker buoys. They were heading to that location. That's what he clung to waiting for rescue. The coast guards was enroute by sea and air. The family was closer, so they headed out to the area he went diving at.

The searching must start right the way and it must be done in circles that formed from where they despaired and must go from inside to outside because the water can take you anywhere around that area. And when you get lost at the night and you can't see the shore make sure you stay still saving your energy once the sun come out start swimming in the direction if the sun because the sun always come out in the west what mostly the time is over the land. During the night we can also find a way back to the land if you you know how to read the stars!

OMG those I shouldn't be alive episodes. Where professionals miss the lost. It's too difficult to see them in the water. Maybe they have better equipment nowadays. Because I've seen some horror stories about this kind of rescue. People were attacked by sharks n jelly fish. That one I shouldn't be alive episode where they was in this boat. Completely exposed n the sharks kept attacking them. The survivor said that the dolphins came to their rescue. Running the sharks off. But they was like out there for days 5 days or more. Their prize boat had capsized n they manage to transfer to the smaller boat. The captain n his girlfriend did not survive. The captain decided to go to the store he thought he seen. He n this other dude. Started drinking the sea water n the captains GF injuries from the first boat escape killed her. Ohh n the two survivors. Saw the captain the other victim get eaten by sharks right there in front of them. When the GF died. They pushed her over board. The two survivors was rescued by coast guards. Yes this time they saw them. But ohh yes. This is a dope family. Id hope my family or whoever didn't wait for rescue either. I damn sure wouldn't. If my fam out there n I can help it. I swear. I'm going to get mine. Plus it's dark too. Dope this family is fricking DOPE.

My wife's young aunt got her sailboat stuck in uncharted mud banks far at sea in the Caribbean on the way to my wedding. No one heard from them or could reach them and they were many days late reaching the US. An elderly uncle knew Coast Guard people and pulled out every last favor and moved Heaven and Earth until they launched a huge search for her. They found them in bad shape with no food or water left. Many tears of happiness and relief were shed that day which was our wedding day.

📍Here's more info! Dylan Gartenmayer has been diving and spearfishing along the Florida coast since he was 10. That experience helped him survive a frightening ordeal that left him stranded at sea for almost 7 hours. The 21-year-old was free diving at the Western Sambo Reef near Key West Thursday afternoon when a strong current swept him away from his boat. By the time he resurfaced, the current had pulled him so far away that his two friends never saw him come back up. He soon disappeared from view, his cousin Priscilla Gartenmayer told CNN. His friends scoured the choppy waters for half an hour, then called the Coast Guard to help in the search. Gartenmayer says he could still see the boat, but they couldn't see him. Gartenmayer came across a bamboo stick and used it to help him float until he was able to swim across the current back to the reef, his cousin said. By the time he'd made the roughly two-mile swim, it was about 5 p.m. and his friends had left because their boat didn't have any lights, his cousin said. Exhausted, Gartenmayer cut three buoys to create a hammock-like device that helped him stay afloat. While he was focused on survival, his friends and family worked frantically to find and rescue him, his cousin said. "I got a call from someone on the boat that Dylan was diving from that he was missing for four or five hours and I had them send me the coordinates," his friend Sean Caggiano told CNN. "I went to his grandfather's house to get with his family and go find him." Within 15 minutes, family and friends gathered and jumped into their grandfather's boat to go find Dylan, Priscilla Gartenmayer said. "The first thought was that he blacked out while diving and drowned. It was horrible - the worst feeling I've ever felt," she said. The family plugged in the coordinates of the location where Dylan was last seen and dashed that way at high speed. The light was fading, and they didn't have much time before darkness would make their rescue effort more difficult. "Everything was silent on the boat until the flashlight hit him and he put his hands up - we finally knew he was OK," Priscilla Gartenmayer said. In a video of the rescue posted on Facebook, his family members jumped up and down when they spotted Dylan alive. Moments later, his family pulled him, shivering, onto the boat. Videos shared to Facebook show his family members hugging and squeezing him, crying "Oh my God" and saying his name over and over. Dylan's first request was for water, his cousin said. The Coast Guard arrived, checked on Gartenmayer and discovered his core temperature was slightly low. They took him to the station for observation for about an hour until it was back to normal, his family said. CNN has reached out to the Coast Guard for comment. He actually didn't have to tread water at all because he was thankfully wearing a wetsuit (his wetsuit kept him alive, as it kept him afloat and kept him warm). Wetsuits are made from neoprene, which is a material that offers crucial lifesaving benefits to divers. Neoprene’s structure gets filled with zillions of tiny nitrogen bubbles that are created during the production process. Those nitrogen bubbles create buoyancy by trapping air within those zillions of pockets, and the buoyancy keeps you afloat without having to tread water. Additionally, those bubbles trap your body heat and prevent it from escaping your wetsuit. Once submerged in the water, there will be a thin layer of water that gets trapped inside of your wetsuit because water can not pass through neoprene. That later of water will be trapped in between your skin and the inside of the suit. Your body heat will quickly warm that trapped water up to the same temperature as your body heat, keeping you warm and comfortable for many hours in the water. I imagine the mental exhaustion must've been far more taxing on him than the physical exertion, as there was only a small sliver of daylight left in the sky, and once that light was gone, seeing him would've been almost impossible. The ocean is deep, dark, and vast, and although he had a GPS tracking device with him, GPS tracking isn't always precise as wave movement can cause challenges. As night fell, his situation would've become infinitely more dire, as locating him in the dark wouldn't have been the only danger in those waters... as sharks hunt at night. That kind of fear must've been too overwhelming for words.

Usually if a scuba diver isn’t found right away, they’ve passed away. The fact that they saw him in that big vast ocean is a miracle. Btw, I am NAUI and PADI certified.

He was scuba diving with a cousin and a friend and the current took him under. By the time he surfaced he was hundreds of feet away from their boat. Dylan was able to see his friend and cousin on the boat, but they couldn’t see him. They even drove around for 30 minutes looking for him but since their dive boat didn’t have lights on it- they had to go to their grandfathers house and get his bigger boat. They had contacted the coast guard but couldn’t and didn’t want to wait for them. So they set out using the coordinates of where he was last seen and they thankfully found him floating on a bamboo stick and also some bouies he cut and made into a raft.

An opinion is valid to all who hold one, but it must have correctness woven into it, not just in content but in the way it is manifested. The second anyone turns their opinion into verdict immediately they violate all rights of man and woman. It takes the violent stance that this is my opinion set as verdict like a corrupt judge in a partisan courtroom who says any and all testimony to meet one opinion with another that is blocked by the first opinion maker is vengeance formed and a direct inhibition of all human rights. Each man woman and child is free and entitled to use what they wish to form their own life in freedom, yet when their opinions become so forceful in dictatorial might that they demand others agree they are more important, more binding, more rightful to exist than others, it passes an unrighteous and hateful verdict that my opinion is a tyrant king, it is unjust, immovable, unchangeable and it is far above yours because of who i portray myself to be in how i venerate and worship something that my opinion cannot account for even within myself. Their faith, of which was never naturally an innate and original part of their being but a forced indoctrination by man, is based on opinion as a foundation and construct of faithful opinion since it is their interpretation of reality based on nonreality, so therefore the insertion of it anywhere expecting others to accept something of their own which holds no truth in the laws which truth resides across Creation and can never be accountable to that truth and no reality in any way shape or form, it immediately becomes a deliberate forcing of ones opinion over every other person through entitlement and superiority by sentence of verdict without there ever being a thought that they have done so with such disregard for the fact that they can never justify that opinion to one dot. With the rebuke that it is not necessary for the context of this video, you have absurdly attempted to invalidate me which you can do if you wish, in order to validate them without any recognition of the persons haughty proselytization when my rebuke did not in anyway imitate their forced opinion but to simply remark their personal opinion which reflects their life choice and self-concocted reality has absolutely no place being judged as being how and why things happen in reality for other human beings and the whole of Creation in real life. Yes , God never ceases to amaze me. If we are faithful to him , he is faithful to us. I know he is real. His spirit lives on the inside of those who accept him , and what he did for us. Those who do not know him haven't got a clue about him. Therefore , they can only speculate. It's just as God's word says "Seek and ye shall find" The problem is.......they don't seek. It's sad because he loves them more than anything. Who else would die for OUR sins , that we may be forgiven of our sins and live externally with him? .....No One! I love you Lord. ❤🤗

My childhood friends brother in law, Tim Obey, went missing off Jacksonville beach while scuba diving almost two years ago. It’s the most gut wrenching feeling to hear that they can’t find someone on the ocean, you can’t help but go to a dark place almost immediately. He is gone, but not forgotten.
