Here's the recipe:
3/4 cup plus 1/3 cup water
3/4 cup plus 1/3 cup all purpose flour
8 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3 eggs (plus one for egg wash)
Once the dough is made pipe into 12 even dough balls and bake at 425° f for 5 minutes. Then turn the oven down to 375° f for 30 minutes. ***Do not open your oven**
Whipped Cream
2 cups heavy whipping cream
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup powdered sugar
Chocolate Icing
4 tablespoons cocoa powder
4 tablespoons milk
2 teaspoons vanilla
8 tablespoons butter
3 cups powdered sugar
