Tuna is actually the only fish I don’t like 🙈 But the rest of my family loves it.. i have that sweet memory of vacation in Italy .. my family loved to ate tuna sandwiches.. they use Italian rolls, Mayo,tuna, tomatoes, onion and some hot pepper flakes.. but layered instead of mixed together.. Mayo, tuna, tomato, onion, hot pepper flakes.. I ate it the same way just without tuna.. so refreshing.. Those croissants looked so yummy! That’s a very clever trick with the butter! I‘m just curious do you think it will be possible with margarine as well?? My friend is vegan I don’t want her to be left out one day when I try to make them..
@anniemcelroy28122 жыл бұрын

Hi Carrol! Actually, elderberry syrup is something that you take to help your immune system. You take a teaspoon per day to help stay healthy. Then, if you ever feel ill, you take more to help fight off sickness. It full of goodness...raw honey, reduced elderberry extract, lemon and different spices...full of antioxidants!

Have to try this. But regarding your process. Here's a tip I once saw on America's Test Kitchen. She rolled all the dough into a rectangle then spread half the butter on it and rolled it into a log from the short side. Then flattend the log and rolled into another rectangle and repeated with the remaining butter. In the.end you get many many layers without all the usuall rolling and folding and without working with all the little pieces of dough.
