DCS: F-4E PHANTOM II - LAUNCH TRAILER

This brought tears to my eyes. I have a pic of my dad holding me on his lap with my big ol Charlie Brown head poking just above the canopy rail in an F4 on Hahn AB Germany when I was 4mo old. I've been in love with the F4 ever since. My dad passed last year but, with this module coming out I get a tiny taste of what my dad got to experience. Thank you Heatblur! @wildcard3233 So do I. So do I. There's two upsides though. 1. The last airshow we went to I got to see the last flight of a civilian F4 in action with my dad. And 2. I have a previous boss who was a Phantom maintainer. He and I are really close and share all things Phantom. He's not my dad, more like a big brother so I still have someone to share her with... and my wife who's also a big aviation/DCS/Sim nerd like me. And yes she has her own sim and is also my RIO.

the F4 was my very first model, 1/48 scale. My dad and I built it through the night. Man, was I proud. That was 42 years ago. And it still holds a special place in my heart. One of the most beautifull fightercrafts in all creation, at least for me. I don't know much about its specs or about flying it, but I know what I like :)
