Advocate is struggling so much to save his client. Inspite of the judge being so strict he is trying vehemently to prove his point. Whether he loses or wins but he has tried his best. I admire this advocate. Many in his place would have been scared.

Judge is knowing that advocate is misguiding tge court by suppressing a latest judgement . but judge patiently heard him and he knows that law is specific and no relief can be granted . advocate is trying evasive tactic to search essence where it is not.

If the hon'ble judge can raise his voice, why not give that choice to the advocate also? The advocate is fighting his case, it is but natural that the voice may go up.

basically because they are not on the same position, but generally judges also dont raise their voice
