Excellent judgement by Milord in this case. Fining the PWD Engineer and giving befitting response to the learned counsel is the only way citizens can have respect for the courts and judges. No wonder even with current befuddling judgements of courts in recent, the citizens still feel the judges are the last resort. Just wish they be more efficient.

आज भारत में सब जानते है कि पुलिस डिपार्टमेंट के करप्शन में दूसरा नम्बर न्यायलयों का आता है, आज भारत में करप्शन अपनी चरम सीमा पर है, जिस के लिए यहाँ का सविंधान और मुख्यतः नेतागण-मंत्रीमण्डल जिम्मेदार है, ये जो ईमानदारी की वीडियो दिखाई जा रही है, ये सिर्फ अपवाद वीडियो दिखाई जा रही है...... जबकि करप्शन में नीचे से लेकर उपर तक एक-दूसरे से तार जुड़े हुए है....... आज भारत में समप्रदायकता के साथ- साथ, जनसंख्या विस्फोट, और भरष्टाचार एक बड़ा मुद्दा है...... आज एक अच्छी सरकार को इन मुद्दो पर सविंधान में संसोधन करके उनहे कठोरता से लागू करवाना अनिवार्य है..... जय हिन्द.....जय मोदी जी...... जय भारतवर्ष...... 🇮🇳......

That's because the Judge has all the paperwork and case in front of him. It's his judgement time and he is a very considerate invoking response from the petitioner and lawyers. The way they are replying or attempting to reply, the honorable judge knows they are holding their ground , which has got no legal holding. He said she said or I thought so , such excuses may sound good for story telling but no place in legal holdings. An excellent ruling by this honorable judge. Lot of respect for him who has so pleasantly shown them their wrong doing and held them responsible by setting the consequences. 🙏🙏🙏👌👌👌❤️

आदरणीय जज साहब को प्रणाम🙏 मगर जो वकील मैडम अपने पक्षकार विभाग की भरीं अदालत में ना सिर्फ ऐसी-तैसी करवा चुकी बल्कि माननीय जज महोदय को इस घटिया वकील मैडम ने इतना मजबूर कर दिया कि उन्हें मामले पर पक्षकार और समस्त विभाग समेत समुची राज्य सरकार तक की जग-हंसाई कराने वाले कमेंट जज साहब को अत्यंत मजबूरी में करने पड़े..... और ये मैडम फीस लेकर अपने पक्षकार की ऐसी-तैसी करवाते हुए अपमानजनक ढंग से दांत निकालते हुए ढींढ हंसी हंसती रही ऐसे वकीलों की अदालत में क्या जरूरत जो पक्षकार को समय रहते सही और ग़लत की पहचान न करवा पाए... कानून की रोशनी से अपने पक्ष को अगर सही राह ना दिखाकर पक्षकार का नाश‌ करने पर उतारू ऐसे वकीलों से तमाम पक्षकारों को सावधान रहना चाहिए । 🙏
