This is what “young” gen z fans need to understand about football. Not everything is based on 1 season. A player doesn’t go from great to worst in just a season and vice a Versa. he is not man marked at all. Haaland game plays off the 2 defenders because the lack of technical ability on the ball and the players around him play all the passes he needs. A ball in behind for him to have a 1 on 1 or a simple back or front post run is mostly what haaland does to the best level. Isak overall game is miles better and he is extremely clinical too. Isak would score the majority of goals haaland has and i couldnt see haaland doing the same for newcastle as he does for city. Haaland is incredible but isak is too.

Those stats can be affected by volume, 1 in 4 is 25% 1 in 3 is 33% it's literally the difference of scoring a goal one shot sooner on average. It's really not that much

Haaland has 20 goals (according to the conversion - 80 shots), Isak has 17 (51 shots estimated) that's 31 shots difference, so scoring less goals with a better conversion rate doesn't equal better output, it means that Haaland is getting into shot taking chances more often than Isak. If you take into account xG, it tells an even more tangled tale.
