Im a chef working in a Michelin restaurant and trust me when i say that Joe would get absolutely slaughtered in a kitchen. Ive met plenty of arrogant chefs (im one of them) but at least they had the skills to back it up. Joe hasnt cooked the last 10 yrs but hes a really tremendous sommelier.
