Just a little correction about hot cross buns. They actually have nothing to do with christianity. They're actually Celtic cross buns. The cross isn't a crucifix. It's a Celtic cross. Easter, or Eostre as it's correctly known is a celebration of the spring equinox. It's named after the Celtic goddess, Eostre.
