Heather Berlin The Neuroscience of the Unconscious

2016 Distinguished Speaker for the Mind Science Foundation invigorates the crowd packed into Pearl Stable to hear about the latest on the neuroscience of the unconscious mind. Dr. Berlin tackles questions like: How do conscious impulses, thoughts, or desires become unconscious, and how do unconscious impulses become conscious? How can decisions and behaviors be influenced by stimuli processed outside of awareness, and how are people able to override their unconscious drives by force of will?

Not only is she a decent talker and can explain some complicated subjects so layman's can understand, but she's easy to listen to in general. Very articulate. That and I really like her husband Baba Brinkman who is a rapper who talks about science. Really interesting couple.
