Thank you! You literally covered all my concerns. I am 49 yo on 0,025 mg estradiol transdermal and 100 mg progesterone. I feel good, no cracking (literally) sound on my feet after nighttime, no sugar cravings, water retention and moodiness. And I sleep like a baby: yey progesterone😊stay healthy Ladies!

Her course for providers is hands down the most valuable resource I have ever had as a menopause provider. The Menopause society is great to guide practice and physiology changes in menopause transition, however, vague and overall lacking in prescribing! Heather’s course is all of the above and more!

would love for you to cover testosterone in more detail. there are creams, pellets, a shot. i am not able to hold the hormones in my body. i started out at 1/4ml of testosterone cream, then 1/2 ml, then 1ml. After getting bloodwork done each time my levels did not move. have you seen patients who cannot hold the hormones in their bodies? how does this happen? thank you

Menopause Taylor said we must be on at least a .05 mg estrogen patch to have the brain/bone health protection. I have Factor 5 & had a blood clot when my uneducated OB/GYN put me on a birth control pill for menopause symptoms. I’m now with a new provider, who put me on a .0375 mg transdermal patch. Many of my symptoms have subsided, but she is cautious to increase my dose with my history of blood clots. Please share your knowledge on estrogen dosing. Thx!!

Very helpful, I'm almost 45 in perimenopause. What about periods close together and spotting in between. Is that low progesterone?

Thanks for this video! Can you please link the one about progesterone intolerance? Progesterone knocked me out around the clock, so I got a mirena iud to protect my uterus and am on the 0.075 patch. My hot flashes have restarted and I want to ask for a 0.1 patch but am not sure whether the mirena will be enough progesterone.

Do you have any suggestions for helping with heartburn caused by the oral intake of micronized progesterone? I have switched to vaginal use but that isn’t ideal either, rather icky by morning. I hate not getting the relaxation and sleep benefits by using it orally, but get horrible heartburn from it

I, too, experienced GI issues and heartburn when I started oral progesterone. After 2 months, it's no longer an issue. The sleep benefits are so nice.

Did you just push through and keep taking it and your body adjusted and got use to it? I have heartburn into the next day from taking it the previous night.

That's exactly what I did. I was finally sleeping more than 3 hour stints, so I was willing to deal with the GI stuff.@kimberlyw3847
