cardio part includes most of the workout I really hate but I found out I feel nice when they're performed quickly like this. i love all ab workouts even this one! have to pay extra attention to my form tho. thanks again heather~

It is taking me almost a year to complete the 12 weeks for various reasons. I love the strength being built throughout the body. Amazing! I was also excited for only 38 minutes today. Who can’t use those extra minutes for getting ready for work? I know I can. Wow! This workout kicked my butt. I love the sweat your workouts bring Heather. Thank you so much for sharing and all the variety!

Oh WOW! That ab section was HARD, but I made it without any breaks between!!! In moments like these, I really feel that I'm getting stronger with every workout! Love it, Heather!

I feel like an ABDOLUTE BOSS! I mean my glutes were still kinda mad at me from yesterday's leg day but I freaking love tabatas so I wasn't about to pass this up and I'm so glad. I feel so happy after your workouts it's unreal. Ty!

Yes Heather, that was definitely... something- LOL! That was actually pretty awesome ;) As much as I love strength training it was nice to have a day when I didn't pick up a single dumbbell, but certainly got my sweat on! And my abs- WOW! Thanks for a great workout- that was really fun!

I stopped following HR12WEEK 2.0 workouts because I started doing circuit trainings at the gym. But now I'm back where I left off because I'm also back to working out at home! Loved this Tabata + Abs, my whole shirt is wet!

Done but dead.Abs thing was intense couldn't even do everything 100% but stuck with it,no mods or pauses.

I’m still massaging my own legs today lol but was intense and fun! I was almost scared but I kept telling myself “you can do anything for 20 seconds!” I can definitely feel my endurance improving, especially with those star jumps! Thanks Heather!! 😁💪

It's the workouts like this that make me wonder... do you ❤ us or 👿 us... OMG!! I forgot how rough this is. The first half with Bear Walk and Burpees was bad enough... then you throw that core noise at us?!? WOW!

😮‍💨 This one snuck up one me. I was absolutely dying during the abs portion and think I crossed into the endorphin zone because I finally stopped feeling in pain near the end.

This my my go to ab workout now. Tough and so good. My goal is to not have to rest during the bike lock move...lol. Did day 60 first. I have to admit I have been going out of order with them. They are so fantastic. Thank you Heather. You never disappoint💜🙏💜

I loved this! Something new. Thanks a lot. I will add the Ab finisher to my regular Ab finishers I do every two days. (I am very conservative when it comes to abs - I don't like those core things with waving with dumbbells around and I prefer good old situps. But that's the beauty of this - everyone loves different things. Thank you so much.)

Hi Heather! Thanks so much for your continued effort and dedication towards making us more fit! May I ask you for one thing? Would it be possible to get a whole set of travel workouts that are HIIT and strength, using a mix of band, ankle weights etc, when weights are not easily procured?

I liked this one but I think the perfect combination is hiit, no repeats and no equipment! So if this workout had no repeats would be the perfect workout! Thank you so much for your work, you are amazing 😀

Wow! Lunges are getting so much more proficient. Step ups I am Keeping up to you.Right side is still not as strong as left. Love this program. Behind a day due to a procedure I had to take a day off. But no worries I will catch up.
