I didn’t really like the sound of the West End version. I just thought it sounded wrong (anyone who listened to that version of dead girl walking would agree.) It was just disappointing, mediocre and a bit of a letdown. That’s not to say there’s nothing good about it, it just never appealed to me. But that’s just my opinion! edit:it’s not that there are no good West End versions of musicals. I personally thought the West End version of Six and Hamilton were great. The singers had beautiful and very accurate voices. I think the West End version of Six was better than the original, which just goes to show that they can do good West End productions.

It's just Duke saying over and over that she is tired of being downplayed and now will never be upstaged. Though I get why "I Am Damaged," is so low since it's very short, but it really shows how JD understands how horrible he has acted and clashes with the idea that "everyone can be beautiful." And is the last saving grace for J.D to not be seen as just "a psychopath." Blue shows how messed up the heathers can be by how careless they can be about someone else besides them by volunteering Veronica for date rape and also shows that the football players are just childish and stupid. Which later the West End goes hard on painting them as horrible rapists who know exactly what they're doing >>

Unpopular opinion: I say No is mostly hyped because of Carrie Hope Fletcher and because it's feminist and doesn't actually quite fit into the overall tone of the musical (musically/stylistically and plot-wise)

Never shut up again is after You’re Welcome (which as you said replaces Blue). It’s a song where Heather Duke kinda takes over. I Say No comes after Shine A Light Reprise. It’s kinda when Veronica stands up to JD. Kinda her power anthem.

If you’ve seen the whole show from the bootleg then You’re Welcome replaces Blue, Never Shut Up Again Happens in the Scene where Heather M and D are cleaning out C’s locker and D takes the red schrunchie (it also leads right into Chainsaw which replaces Blue Reprise), and Say No happens in the scene after Veronica saves Heather M from lulling herself and breaks up with JD
