I love the use of "Que Sera Sera" in the opening. Everyone is so worried in the movie about their social status and their popularity in the future, but it doesn't truly matter in the end. No one cares about highschool after graduation, so your future shouldn't be worried about. What will be, will be.

I remember watching this in a movie theater in college, and this opening sequence with this music is one of my favorite movie memories. Sometimes a movie just nails the opening and leaves its mark on you. This one (the beginning at any rate) is in the very top few. And I’ve seen hundreds of movies from every period.
