I am unsure -- from what I can find, harosha produces all twisted stitches? If that's correct then yes, you should be able to use this on it, but you actually might not need to. The twisted stitches might be enough to help hold the fabric together when you cut the steek. (Note, I haven't tried that myself yet, so I'm just guessing!)
