Heath is his own man.....no need to compare him to Stapleton just because of his tone & range.....just glad to see another country to the bone country boy making his way into the country scene with real country music !

Thank you. Stapleton is great but he wasn’t shit until he followed in Jamey Johnson’s footsteps. Heath is on his own path. Amazing everything I crank his tunes.

That’s fuckin’ right!! Way better than Stapleton if you ask this hillbilly 👋🏻🔥

I want him to record in a studio his covid sessions. All these acoustic only songs are bad ass and you can hear the love of music In his voice and guitar. I share it with all my friends and have been a fan since day one. He is the real deal.

And I thought Jacob Bryant had a badass voice. This man is a legend.

The turning up of the volume knob and quickly turning it down to 2 with that right hand sure jumps out at ya. Only real deal pickers can do that. Not to mention that working man’s soul AMAZING

I'm never sure if I'm going to like an original song by someone who I've only heard covers from but let me say that one got me right in the heart. Reading the backstory and the relationship between you and your Papaw was a great reminder of a simpler time. I just lost my Dad. I was by his side and held on to him as he took his last breath. That is an experience that will change you forever and remind you daily what matters most and where your time is well spent. Beautiful song.

I lost my dad when I was 14 and this July 7th will be 5 years of his passing and my plan is to have my dream truck that me and him was saving money up to get me for when I got my license and when he passed away I took the 10 grand that we both saved up and used it for the cost of the funeral

Heath... Please stay far from Trashville! Country NEEDS storytellers like you! Keep the hip-hop where it belongs... on the other side of the door of whatever studio you're recording in. Where the Water Runs Still... 👍 Few musicians could even grasp the concept or the depth of what you've created with this song. You have a gift. The ability to match notes and chords and harmonies with a turn of phrase and poetry that Very Few possess. Looking forward to listening to anything you put out there. 👍

You're not serious, right? You're gonna put Heath in the same universe as Stapleton?
@coryroberts44575 жыл бұрын
Scott Medwetz iv been a Stapleton fan since the early steel driver days and always will be... But I can guarantee you with the turn of country music these days and lack of true artist... Heath will be the only one to come even remotely close to Stapleton and it’s nice to finally see someone who actually has the ability/gift/talent to compete with him.
@scottmedwetz5 жыл бұрын
@@coryroberts4457 I certainly hope so. He is very talented. Songs are extremely weak, though. Unless he gets better writing, his spark will fade very quickly. I honestly hope that I'm wrong. Best of luck to you both.
@jaredkirchner65315 жыл бұрын
@@scottmedwetz his lyrics are probably the best thing... not quite sure what you're listening to, but it cant possibly be this man. I said when I first heard him that hed be the new Stapleton. He just has not gotten the exposure yet. If he stays true to himself like this. He will be one of the best to ever do it it
