Thank you Lindsey! WHat are your other favorites? Did you test the red light from Heavenly/ What is your point of view about only far infared vs full spectrum or simply farinfared and red light combo instead of full spectrum?

I am not an expert, but learning more every time I get to test out a sauna. From everything I've read if you are going to do an infrared sauna try and go with full spectrum. I like sun home saunas too! - Linds

Haha you should come to Sweden! This is nothing! We our saunas are mostly electrically driven or with fire and this is inside. The infrared sauna isn't even considered a sauna here. A genuine electrical or fire driven sauna heats up the air and you. The infrared only heats you up. For the amount of money or even cheaper you could probably build a real sauna and have it in your house. Much better experience than this.
