Seems like the reason was "musical and proffesional differencies", but not only Fred left Heavenly, also Max. Pilo and Pierre Emmanuel Pellison and they made their own band, Maladaptive.

Fred leave after 2nd album. And i think their 3rd album also magnificent. Maybe arrival of olivier who can do better technical guitar solo. Most disappointed was carpe diem. Hopefully their come back can produce songs like 3rd & 4th album
